No! Our service is 100% free for homeowners.

No! Our service is designed for homeowners who are looking for a real estate agent. Please wait till your listing agreement with the agent has expired before signup with our service.
Where is your service available?
Right now our focus is on Ontario real estate agents. We plan to enter other markets in the near future.
What are Bids?
Bids are basically Proposals. Agents submit bid's to you which are 100% sealed and 100% non-commital. What does this mean? It means that agents will submit their bids directly to you, they will NOT know what anyone else's proposal is; we do this to ensure that consumers get the best value for their business. This also ensures that agents will provide you with value and not just the lowest commission rate. Remember "You get what you pay for!"
